Authentic. It is a word I hear over and over again from my executive coaching clients – as in, “I want a career that matches who I am,” “I keep feeling like I have to do things their way to be successful and I just can’t do it anymore,” and “I’m not like everyone else here. My goal as a coach is for you to be successful on your terms. Not mine. Not someone else’s. Yours. Sometimes we have to find out what success really means for you. Maybe you’ve been living everyone else’s definition of success and need to know what yours is. This is essential before you can find the next step forward. Or, maybe you know exactly who you are and what you want to do, but it is taking longer to get there than you thought.. Either way, coaching is a very powerful tool to help you get you where you want to be.

Coaching is a very individual engagement. There’s no pre-set program. You’re unique with your own skills, talents, desires, challenges and potential. What I do is help you, through tools, exercises, lots of questions and insight, to zero in on what truly matters to you. I help you put a plan together that gets you where you want to go and then help you along that path as much – or as little – as works for you. Sometimes I’m here to push you, sometimes to teach, sometimes to listen. And always to celebrate your successes and your achievements!
